Terms of Service

Effective date: April 18, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and RepairHub (“we”, “our”, “us”). They govern your access to and use of repairhub.it.com and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you will provide accurate information.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. User-submitted content

You retain ownership of content you post (questions, answers, comments, tutorials, images). By posting, you grant RepairHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You can delete your posts at any time, subject to backups and caches that may persist briefly.

You promise that:

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Paid subscriptions and expert sessions

6. Refund policy

7. Repair disclaimer and no warranty

RepairHub is a community platform, not a repair service. Questions, answers, tutorials, and expert-session messages are provided by individual members in their personal capacity. We do not verify the accuracy, safety, or fitness of any advice.

Electronics repair involves meaningful risk, including electric shock, lithium-battery thermal runaway, personal injury, property damage, and permanent destruction of the device. You are solely responsible for any decision to attempt a repair and any consequences.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepairHub and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or devices, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in that case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RepairHub harmless from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property & DMCA

RepairHub’s branding, software, and original content are our property or licensed to us. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to [email protected] including:

We will process valid notices promptly. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) continue to apply after termination.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will provide at least 14 days’ notice by email or an in-site notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence still apply.

14. Contact

For any question about these Terms, email [email protected].
